How does Allocatus interacts to transfer tasks and calendar appointments from MS Project to MS Exchange?

Please email me more information about Allocatus and how it interacts to transfer tasks and calendar appointments from MS Project to MS Exchange. I need a solution that does not use the outlook client and is purely a server to server communication product to move the project tasks and schedule/resource assignments into the MS Exchange user’s tasks or calendar.

Yes, the new version of Allocatus transfers MS Project tasks directly into the user’s Exchange Calendar. It’s a pure server solution. There is no need to use Allocatus Client. The advantage is, that any team member can instantly see his/hers appointments both in Outlook Web Access and on a mobile device PocketPC or Smartphone. Allocatus Server connects directly to Exchange Server and creates or updates appointments in the Exchange mailbox. If the “WriteBack” Feature is enabled, changes made by the user will be transferred back to Project Server. Afterwards the Project Manager can update the project plan with the standard feature of the Project Web Access. Technically the Allocatus Server uses a WebDAV connection, so there is no need to install anything on the Exchange Server computer. The solution works with Exchange Server 2000, 2003 and 2007.
